📦 Shipping Policy

At Cuniculture Club, every order hops off the press just for you. Most of our items are print-on-demand / made-to-order, which means we don’t keep inventory sitting on shelves — we create your item after you purchase it. This helps reduce waste and lets us offer a wide variety of rabbit-themed designs you won’t find anywhere else.

🕒 Processing & Fulfillment

- Made-to-Order Items: Apparel and accessories are typically produced within 2–5 business days. Because most items are made after you order, please allow this production time before shipping begins.

- Dropshipped Items: Some specialty products are sourced from partner warehouses and may have different processing times. If your order includes these items, you’ll see any separate processing or shipping details at checkout and in your order confirmation.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your items ship. Orders with multiple products may arrive in separate packages (at no extra cost to you).

🚚 Shipping Times

- Domestic (U.S.)

  • Economy (5–8 business days) — our lower-cost option; best if you’re not in a hurry.
  • Standard / Express (3–4 business days) — faster delivery for when you need it sooner.

After fulfillment, delivery usually takes the timeframe shown above depending on the shipping service you select and your location. Transit times can vary for remote ZIP codes and during peak holiday periods.

- International

Delivery times vary by country but generally take 7–21 business days after fulfillment. International customers pay carrier-calculated rates at checkout. Customs fees, duties, or VAT are the buyer’s responsibility.

We use two shipping profiles so rates are fair and predictable depending on the product type: Apparel & Light Items and Mugs, Heavy & Bulky Items. Below are the U.S. tiered rates — customers will see these options at checkout.

Apparel & Light Items (Tiers — U.S.)

  • Economy (5–8 business days)
    • Orders $0.01–$24.99 → $5.95
    • Orders $25.00–$49.99 → $7.95
    • Orders $50.00–$99.99 → $9.95
    • Orders $100.00 and up → FREE (Economy)
  • Standard / Express (3–4 business days)
    • Orders $0.01–$24.99 → $7.95
    • Orders $25.00–$49.99 → $9.95
    • Orders $50.00–$99.99 → $12.95
    • Orders $100.00 and up → FREE (Standard)

Mugs, Heavy & Bulky Items (Tiers — U.S.)

These items have their own shipping profile because they typically cost more to pack and transport.

  • Economy (5–8 business days)
    • Orders $0.01–$34.99 → $6.50
    • Orders $35.00–$74.99 → $9.95
    • Orders $75.00–$99.99 → $12.95
    • Orders $100.00 and up → FREE (Economy)
  • Standard / Express (3–4 business days)
    • Orders $0.01–$34.99 → $8.50
    • Orders $35.00–$74.99 → $12.95
    • Orders $75.00–$99.99 → $15.95
    • Orders $100.00 and up → FREE (Standard)

Note: If a product is heavier or unusually sized (gift sets, multi-item bundles), it may use the Mugs/Heavy profile even if it looks like apparel. You’ll see the correct rate at checkout before you pay.

International: Calculated automatically at checkout based on carrier rates for the item(s) and destination.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Because most of our items are made-to-order, we do not hold stock for easy swaps. However:

  • If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, please contact us by email within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. See our Return Policy for full details.
  • Returns for reasons such as sizing, preference, or buyer error are not generally accepted. If you have a sizing concern, reach out before ordering and we’ll help you choose the best fit.
