Refund policy

Most Cuniculture Club items are made to order in the U.S. by our print partners. That lets us offer more styles with less waste.
Defects & misprints (we’ll make it right)
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email CunicultureClub@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery with:
-order number
-photos of the issue + the packing slip
We’ll replace or refund the affected item(s).
General returns & exchanges
Because items are produced just for you, we don’t accept general returns or exchanges (wrong size/color, change of mind). Please review the size chart and color previews before checkout. If you need help choosing, reach out—we’re happy to advise.
Order changes / cancellations
We’ll try to honor changes or cancellations within 2 hours of purchase if production hasn’t started. Email us ASAP at CunicultureClub@outlook.com with the subject “Update Order #[number]”.
Wrong / undeliverable address
If an address was entered incorrectly and the package returns to sender, we can reship to a corrected address; additional postage may apply.
Delivered but not received
If tracking shows “delivered,” start by checking with the carrier and neighbors. We’ll assist where we can; replacements for stolen packages are case-by-case.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your email containing pictures of the damaged, misprinted, or defective item and packing slip information, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at CunicultureClub@outlook.com.
